I discovered Emerald Isle in 1991 while vacationing at the Crystal Coast. The first week I was here I bought a vacation home and moved down 2 years later. I sold real estate in Maryland before re-locating to Emerald Isle and have been selling beach houses for more than 12 years. I love what I do!
